Wymagania

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Order Management, Order Management, Customer Service, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • German language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office package.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Obowiązki

  • Manage end-to-end transactional order management activities, including order entry, validation, and order changes.
  • Process customer claims and returns, including data collection and validation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and resolve issues within established workflows.
  • Support customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order management process.
  • Work with SAP ERP to process and maintain customer orders.
  • Monitor order-related activities and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery for the DACH market.
