.NET / eFront Software Engineer

Link Group is hiring for a software engineering role focused on .NET technologies and the eFront FIA platform, involving backend development and collaboration with business stakeholders.

• 3+ years of professional experience with .NET 4.8+ and .NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, relational database design, and advanced SQL.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and clean architecture design patterns.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, VS Code, and GitLab.
• Foundational understanding of DevOps practices.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1) with strong communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with eFront FIA platform development or configuration.
• Familiarity with IBM WebSphere TX.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

End-to-End Development:

• Design logical data models and build robust software solutions aligned with a multi-year product roadmap.

Technical Design & Innovation:

• Propose innovative architectural enhancements through controlled proof-of-concepts.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to modern software security standards.

Collaboration & Delivery:

• Work with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in workload estimation, planning, and status reporting.

Code Quality & Mentorship:

• Conduct peer code reviews.
• Ensure excellent test coverage.
• Manage application source code configuration.
