Microsoft Dynamics 365 Software Engineer (5 months)

Falck Digital Technology is developing a Healthcare Claims product built upon Dynamics 365 to manage and process healthcare claims efficiently. The team includes software engineers, product owner, test manager, and scrum master. The role involves working with distributed teams in Poland and Denmark and may be hybrid based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Relevant education in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service architecture and SDK, including configuration, customization, and development of plugins, workflows, and web resources
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of REST or JSON APIs and web services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SQL Server and Microsoft technology stack
• Experience working with Azure DevOps
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience working in a distributed team
• Experience building business applications

• Collaborate with product owner, architect, and colleagues to gather and define requirements
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom code for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Configure fields, entities, and relations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Pages
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications by developing APIs and web services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 and related technologies
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews
• Participate in meetings, usually via Teams
• Collaborate with and work in other Falck teams beyond own team
• Stay up-to-date with latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
