IT Business Analyst

Link Group is hiring an IT Business Analyst with expertise in the financial services industry, focusing on Private Capital, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, or Securities Services. The role involves working with Fund Management platforms such as eFront, Multifonds, or Investran.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in an IT Business Analyst or functional analyst role.
• Strong background in the financial services industry, focusing on Private Capital, Capital Markets, Fund Accounting, or Securities Services.
• Hands-on experience with Fund Management platforms such as eFront, Multifonds, or Investran.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong professional interest in combining business analysis with agile project delivery.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, including familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Good overall IT skills, with SQL knowledge considered a strong asset for database analysis.

• Partner with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and software vendors to gather, analyze, and translate complex financial needs and market regulations into clear requirements.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of functional solutions, documenting technical and functional changes and defining acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Produce workload estimations, cost-benefit analyses, and comprehensive business cases for new development proposals.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of change requests, assessing downstream impacts and optimizing current production processes.
• Drive the testing strategy by writing test plans, preparing test data, and coordinating user/client acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure flawless deployment.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify, investigate, and resolve root causes of production and system issues.
