Senior Python Engineer

Scalo is involved in projects related to cybersecurity for critical infrastructure (CPS) and develops scalable cloud and on-prem platforms using Python, AI (LLM, LangChain/LlamaIndex), OpenAI/Anthropic API, SQL, and distributed system architectures.

• Minimum 6 years of backend development experience.
• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale systems.
• Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) or integrating applications with AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• English communication skills at minimum B2 level.
• Additional advantage: knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity experience, ability to learn quickly, and effective teamwork.

• Participate in a cybersecurity project for critical infrastructure (CPS).
• Develop scalable cloud and on-prem platforms using Python and AI technologies.
• Design and develop large-scale, high-performance backend systems.
• Design and develop cloud-native backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Create and develop APIs, including integrations with AI models (LLM) and vector databases.
• Take full responsibility for feature development from design through implementation to deployment.
• Maintain and develop code infrastructure.
• Work 100% remotely.
