AI Business Partner

• Solid understanding of corporate business processes and strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Active hands-on interest in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Copilot.
• Comfortable with public speaking, running workshops, and leading group discussions.
• Excellent self-organization and time-management skills.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Power Platform ecosystem or basic workflow automation concepts (RPA / UiPath).
• Foundational understanding of data security and compliance related to large language model usage.

• Actively engage with various internal departments to shadow daily workflows, uncover operational bottlenecks, and identify processes for AI optimization or automation.
• Take full ownership of weekly internal knowledge-sharing and demo sessions presenting market novelties, use cases, and functional AI assistants.
• Guide and inspire teams on effective use of commercial enterprise AI licenses (Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, RPA) to save time and reduce repetitive work.
• Act as a mentor and hands-on guide for employees during AI transformation, addressing questions and building organizational confidence.
