AI Engineer

Deloitte is a global software company with a global engineering team focused on enterprise applications of Generative AI and Multi-Agent systems.

• Strong Python or Java development skills
• Experience with backend frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Django
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD and MLOps
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Databricks
• Experience with APIs, ETL pipelines, and data workflows
• Basic knowledge of distributed systems and Big Data
• Agile mindset (Scrum or SAFe)
• Fluent English and proactive attitude

Nice to have:

• Experience with Multi-Agent AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Hands-on LLM application development
• AI agent orchestration or autonomous workflows
• Experience with SAP AI Core or SAP BTP
• Experience with MLFlow, GitHub Actions, or similar tools

• Develop AI and Generative AI services
• Build Multi-Agent AI systems using modern LLM frameworks
• Design scalable backend services in Python
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Build CI/CD and MLOps pipelines for automated AI delivery
• Create data pipelines and model deployment workflows
• Ensure systems are secure, observable, and production-ready
• Collaborate with AI Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Architects
• Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards
