Senior / Mid Engineering Manager

CodiLime is a software and network engineering industry expert and the first-choice service partner for top global networking hardware providers, software providers and telecoms. The company has 250+ employees and has been operating since 2011. They serve clients including tech startups and large companies across the US, Japan, Israel, and Europe.

• 7 years of experience in the domain and at least 4 years in a managerial position
• Hands-on experience and proven track record in a technical field (coding not required but understanding is important)
• Experience and understanding of at least two of: software development, IT infrastructure, Clouds, CI/CD
• Knowledge of computer networks
• Experience managing teams and individuals including career guidance, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and meeting facilitation
• Strong English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
• Experience working in Agile environments and projects
• Experience in fixed-price and time & materials projects

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with PMI, SAFe, Scrum, or Prince2 methodologies

• Discuss high and low level technical and business requirements with clients
• Facilitate or actively participate in architectural discussions
• Ensure the team has necessary resources to deliver work efficiently
• Shape the team according to project needs and company culture
• Monitor project progress and identify/manage project risks
• Make decisions together with clients and technical leaders
• Participate in company processes including hiring, onboarding, and employee development

• Lead teams delivering solutions to customers
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Use Agile methodology
• Teams consist of less than 15 people
• Work hybrid or fully remote
