Senior Cloud Support Engineer with French

• Technical education or experience in IT roles is strongly preferred.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, GCP, and containers is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience managing critical customer issues is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Enthusiastic personality fostering a positive work environment.
• Well-organized with effective time management skills.
• Team player willing to support others and seek help when needed.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

• Manage day-to-day operations of MicroStrategy Cloud infrastructure, including scheduled and emergency maintenance and on-call coverage.
• Implement customer change requests following the Change Control regime.
• Respond to incidents by troubleshooting infrastructure issues and collaborating with Technical Support and Technology teams.
• Administer the MicroStrategy Platform.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for all related tasks.
