Product Owner

LinkGroup is hiring a Mid-Level Product Owner to drive the development of their Data and Insight products, supporting the transition to cloud-based environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner or Financial/Business Systems Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Product Management, or related field.
• Strong business-oriented background (>50%) with ability to translate requirements into technical terms (<50%).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and modern product design.
• Experience with complex transaction processing systems (e.g., fintech, core banking) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and requirements tools (DOORS, Polarion) is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 15% and work across multiple time zones.

• Own the product backlog, elaborate features into technical requirements, and create key artifacts such as Business Process Flows, Functional Specs, and Use Cases.
• Document end-to-end requirements and support cloud migration efforts.
• Lead customer workshops and demonstrations, cooperating with Marketing, Legal, and Security teams.
• Oversee all stages of product creation, define acceptance criteria, and manage delivery with engineering leaders.
• Represent Data and Insight products in customer presentations and support pre-sales initiatives.
