Program Test Director (SAP)

LinkGroup is hiring for a senior leadership role to lead testing strategy for a major global SAP deployment program.

• Deep experience managing quality assurance in large-scale SAP implementation or migration programs, including S/4HANA and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• At least 7+ years in QA/Testing leadership roles such as Test Director or Senior Test Manager.
• Master-level understanding of software testing lifecycles, UAT orchestration, and defect management within Agile/Scrum or hybrid frameworks.
• Extensive hands-on familiarity with Jira.
• Proficiency with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) or SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience with Xray or equivalent enterprise test-management plugins.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to navigate high-pressure, complex corporate environments.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style focused on business value and risk mitigation.

Strategic Test Leadership & Governance:

• Design, implement, and govern a comprehensive, risk-based testing strategy for large-scale SAP ecosystems.
• Direct and optimize the integrated testing landscape, ensuring synchronization between Jira, SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), and Xray.
• Present testing metrics, quality dashboards, and risk-mitigation strategies to program directors and business sponsors.

Stakeholder Alignment & UAT Orchestration:

• Lead and architect the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase with cross-functional business leads.
• Translate technical system behavior into actionable insights for business testers and convert business feedback into requirements for development teams.
• Establish and enforce defect-triaging processes to resolve high-priority blockers.

Agile Execution & Risk Management:

• Manage testing interdependencies across parallel workstreams.
• Make critical, data-driven decisions balancing go-live timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Foster an Agile testing culture, champion automation, and introduce reusable test components.
