Cybersecurity Project Manager [K/M]

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in a similar role.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Master's degree.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity control technologies and risk management, including Defence-in-Depth and Zero-trust architectures.
• Deep understanding of IT applications in business.
• Thorough knowledge of legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity.
• Proficient in cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and compliance.
• Understanding of best security practices in ISO27001 or NIST frameworks.
• Advanced project management skills including risk and quality management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Supplier and procurement management skills.
• Experience creating high-quality written materials and presentations for diverse audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of security policies based on industry standards and best practices.
• Extensive architectural experience with full lifecycle IT security solutions.
• Experience with project methodologies and tools such as PM2, PMP, PRINCE, and ServiceNow.
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects in classified EU environments.
• Experience supporting management of resources, budgets, and priorities for cybersecurity investments.
• Required certifications: at least 2 cybersecurity certificates (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001) and at least 2 project management/IT service certificates (e.g., PM2 Advanced, Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL Foundation) or equivalents.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cybersecurity projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Oversee cybersecurity program and portfolio initiatives ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage project and cyber risk through identification, monitoring, escalation, and mitigation.
• Coordinate collaboration among technology teams, business units, and external suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and resource utilization.
• Prepare and present structured project reports to stakeholders and management.
• Support business case development for new cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ensure project compliance with security policies, corporate governance, and GRC requirements.
• Manage project communication and maintain transparent information flow among stakeholders.
• Identify new threats and initiate actions to enhance organizational security and resilience.

Only candidates with at least 10 years of IT experience and 8 years in a similar role are considered. English language proficiency at B2 level is required. The role involves working in classified EU environments and requires specific cybersecurity and project management certifications. The position is offered under a B2B contract and includes hybrid work in Warsaw.
