Product Owner

Cosinus is a company operating in the education sector, focusing on digital products such as e-learning platforms and web applications.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related role
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to work in an agile team
• Practical knowledge of product and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar)
• Analytical approach to problems and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams (IT, marketing, didactics)
• Knowledge of AI tools supporting product work (ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI or similar)
• Good organization, communication skills, and independence

Nice to have:

• Experience in the education or e-learning industry
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms (Moodle, Canvas or similar)
• Experience working with UX/UI teams
• PSPO, CSPO, or similar certification

• Creating and developing product vision and roadmaps for educational and digital projects (e-learning platforms, web applications, IT projects)
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders including internal teams (IT, marketing, didactics), suppliers, partners, and management
• Prioritizing and maintaining the backlog with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and consistent documentation
• Defining and monitoring product success metrics (KPI, OKR) and making data-driven decisions
• Monitoring work progress, responding to changes, and resolving current blockers in cooperation with the team
• Preparing reports and product documentation and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders
• Actively using AI tools to improve product work and data analysis
