UX Designer

• Experience in UX/UI design (internships, apprenticeships, or professional work)
• Proficient in Figma including prototyping, components, and auto layout
• Ability to design for both mobile applications (iOS/Android) and websites
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of AI tools supporting design work (e.g., Midjourney, Galileo AI, Adobe Firefly, Copilot)
• Portfolio showcasing completed projects

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of technological constraints
• Experience with design systems
• Familiarity with UX research tools (Maze, Hotjar, UseBerry)
• Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Designing and prototyping user interfaces for mobile apps and websites
• Conducting and analyzing usability research including user testing, interviews, and surveys
• Creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborating closely with developers and product owners throughout the design process
• Participating in defining functionalities and ensuring design system consistency
• Iteratively improving products based on user data and feedback
