Senior Performance Marketer

We’re hiring for a fast-growing AI company already at 50M users and scaling toward 100M+.

• Strong hands-on acquisition experience
• Experience owning and optimizing meaningful budgets at scale
• Strong B2C / DTC / web growth background
• Clear testing mindset across creatives, funnels, audiences, and offers
• Commercial thinking: profitability, efficiency, scaling logic
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in consumer subscriptions, Web2App, dating, iGaming or adult-category acquisition
• Exposure to AI-supported workflows, automation, or modern performance marketing processes
• Experience across multiple geographies and growth stages

• Own and scale acquisition channels end to end
• Run, optimize, and grow campaigns across relevant paid channels
• Drive testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels
• Make performance decisions based on commercial results, not vanity metrics
• Work closely with growth, product, and creative teams to improve conversion and profitability
• Take real ownership over budget efficiency and scale
