Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Master's degree.
- Knowledge of software architecture design for complex, distributed systems.
- Documented experience in designing corporate and cloud architectures.
- Practical experience in backend and/or frontend programming (e.g., .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Solid knowledge of DevSecOps, including CI/CD strategy, platform design, containerization, orchestration, and platform engineering concepts.
- Recognized technical leader with experience influencing teams without direct authority.
- Ability to define and communicate architectural vision and technical strategies.
- Ability to assess technical risks and make high-impact decisions.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers, development leaders, technical leaders, and architects.
- Good knowledge of architectural styles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
- Experience modeling systems using ArchiMate notation.
- At least 2 certifications among Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Red Hat® Certified Architect (RHCA), or equivalent certifications.
Obowiązki
- Define the direction of ICT architecture development and develop standards, guidelines, and reference architectures for the organization.
- Design, verify, and maintain ICT solution architectures at both high-level and low-level.
- Serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor in software engineering and architecture.
- Ensure architectural consistency and integrate architecture, DevSecOps, and software development areas.
- Collaborate with management, architects, and engineering teams to shape long-term technology strategy.
- Evaluate and approve key technical decisions and conduct architecture reviews and technical audits.
- Identify technological risks and architectural issues and propose optimal solutions.
- Design and improve software development processes, including quality, testing, and security standards.
- Support the development of the Software Factory (SOFA) and enhance the organization's engineering maturity.
- Communicate architectural assumptions and solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
