Let’s automate helps small, medium, and large companies work smarter through AI, consulting, and automation. They develop applications and systems that change how companies operate, including their own AI product, using a proprietary software development method. The company operates fully remotely and organizes annual workations for the team.

• 2–4 years of commercial experience in web or backend application development in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming: Promise, async/await, event loop, error handling.
• Practical knowledge of REST/HTTP, JSON, and integration with external APIs.
• Experience with databases and application data modeling.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests.
• Attention to code quality, readability, simple architecture, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with engineering best practices: code review, Git, branching, pull/merge requests.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
• Skills in problem analysis, debugging, and working with logs.
• Understanding of web application security basics, including access control and user data isolation.
• Independence in task delivery and responsibility for quality of changes.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a product-technical team.
• English language proficiency at least B2 in writing (documentation, comments, technical communication).

Nice to have:

• Experience working on long-term products maintained and iterated based on real user needs.
• Experience with multi-tenant systems.
• Knowledge of React / Next.js.
• Experience with real-time systems or document databases.
• Basic understanding of OLTP and OLAP databases and their differences.
• Interest in AI, AI agents, LLMs, or integrations automating user work.
• Experience working with monorepos.

• Build applications and systems based on gathered requirements and prototypes.
• Conduct deep analysis before each project to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Utilize AI in both development processes and the applications.
• Collaborate within a product-technical team to change how client companies operate.
