- Proactivity, initiative, and continuous improvement in the area of digital product support
- Ability to analyze user and business needs and translate them into requirements for digital products and solutions
- Coordination skills for product development activities and cooperation in implementing changes and new functionalities
- Developed analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills supporting effective team work
Obowiązki
- Provide comprehensive technical and substantive support for digital products, including user issue resolution
- Independently diagnose problems, identify causes, and implement effective solutions
- Monitor quality and timeliness of support tasks, ensuring high user service standards
- Create, update, and maintain product documentation such as instructions, procedures, knowledge bases, and FAQs
- Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams on development, maintenance, and optimization of digital products
- Support operational team activities and actively participate in improving internal processes
- Analyze digital product functionality and initiate improvements and optimizations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supported products, functionalities, changes, and updates
- Proactively identify risks, problems, and areas needing improvement
- Share knowledge and support the development of team members' competencies
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation with stakeholders
- Continuously enhance personal competencies through training, webinars, and other development forms
