Senior Full Stack & AI Developer

• 5 years of commercial experience, including at least 1 year working directly with AI solutions.
• Solid expertise with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices and high-quality standards.
• Good understanding of AI and GenAI concepts with hands-on experience integrating AI models into production.
• Experience using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma) and/or databases with vector capabilities (MongoDB, Postgres).
• Ability to design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Proven experience with CI/CD and general DevOps practices.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
• Capability to convert business needs into technical requirements.
• Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English and Polish (minimum B2 level).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with React Native, Meteor, GraphQL, Apollo.
• Proficiency in Python, particularly in AI libraries.
• Experience mitigating AI-related security threats and red teaming techniques.
• Contributions to Open Source projects.
• Previous experience in software agencies or startup environments.
• Experience leading greenfield projects.
• Active participation in tech communities through meetups, conferences, or tech blogging.

• Leading the development of cutting-edge, AI-driven applications and other innovative projects.
• Identifying optimal methods to integrate AI-UX principles within products.
• Working with a tech stack including TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, React Native, Meteor, and more.
• Ensuring high-quality code and conducting detailed code reviews.
• Promoting knowledge-sharing and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
