Solution Architect

BlueSoft is an innovative Software House belonging to the Orange Group. Established in 2002, it employs over 1000 engineers skilled in more than 200 technologies. The company supports clients in key sectors by delivering complex integration, cloud, data, and software engineering projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect (experience in banking or financial sector is a plus).
• Higher education, preferably in computer science or related fields.
• Experience designing data processing and central systems; knowledge of MDM and Customer 360 concepts is a strong advantage.
• Practical experience with microservices architecture and event-driven communication.
• Experience with integrations based on REST API, Apache Kafka, and other integration mechanisms.
• Practical knowledge of containerization solutions, especially on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
• Experience designing central systems processing large volumes of customer data, including knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and MDM systems.
• Ability to work with code, strong technical foundation in Java and Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Ability to create clear documentation and diagrams (knowledge of Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus).
• Ability to clearly explain technical complexities to business and translate business goals into precise guidelines for development teams.
• Knowledge of data management and data quality.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good command of English (fluent communication in speech and writing).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of architecture models: Monolith, Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture.
• Broad knowledge of system integrations: REST/GraphQL, SOAP, Event, OAuth2/OpenID/SAML.
• Experience as an architect in banking system migration, replacement, or consolidation projects.
• Practical knowledge of maintaining architectural documentation and change management.
• Ability to model systems/processes using UML, BPMN, ArchiMate.
• Experience designing solutions in cloud environments (OpenShift experience preferred).
• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD with tools like GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting skills.
• Very good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) teams.

• Create effective and scalable solutions for the central banking system in the area of customer data (Customer 360 / MDM).
• Collaborate closely with business teams to map goals and requirements to technological solutions, ensuring compliance with the bank's architectural principles.
• Analyze and select optimal system integration methods and supporting technologies.
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements, explaining technical issues, and providing clear guidelines and artifacts.
• Conduct architectural discussions and agreements with external vendors and internal IT teams.
• Participate in conceptual work including preliminary solution estimations and creating technical and functional specifications.
• Actively engage in designing corporate architecture models and testing and implementing new technologies.
• Create and maintain up-to-date architectural documentation (diagrams, component descriptions, integrations, data flows).
