Master Data Governance Manager

Awareson Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a Master Data Governance Manager to play a key role in building the SAP Center of Excellence and establishing data management standards across the organization.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Master Data, Data Governance, or Data Management.
• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
• Experience designing Data Governance processes and standards.
• Knowledge of data security and GDPR (RODO).
• Very good communication skills and English language proficiency (minimum B2).

• Create and develop Data Governance strategy and data management standards.
• Ensure high quality and consistency of data in SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with business, IT, Security, and GRC teams.
• Supervise data migrations, integrations, and initiatives related to BI and AI.
• Build a culture of conscious data management and coordinate distributed data owners.
