Experienced (Mid/Senior) DevOps Engineer

Future Mind is a tech consulting company with a team of over 80 software engineers. The company has received several industry awards for delivering top eCommerce applications in Poland, working on projects including mobile commerce apps used by millions and IoT experiments. Clients include Żabka, HEBE, Sinsay, Reserved (LPP), and Superpharm.

• Experience setting up, managing, and optimizing cloud-based software development environments (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and similar databases.
• Expert skills in Linux/Unix.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Proxmox, Terraform, Kubernetes.
• Good command of a scripting language such as Python or Bash.
• Solid understanding of DevOps methodology.
• Good command of English for communication and reading specifications.
• Good communication skills.
• Great attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.
• Creativity and proactiveness.

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Interest in Site Reliability Engineering methodology.
• Positive attitude towards knowledge sharing and mentoring less experienced colleagues.

• Set up and optimize safe and secure cloud-based development environments including servers, databases, monitoring, and supporting tools.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents.
• Develop policies, solutions, and procedures to prevent failures.
• Automate and continuously optimize monitoring and incident resolution systems and processes.
