Senior React Frontend Developer with Fixed Income experience

VISTULO is hiring experienced frontend engineers to join a major North American bank's capital markets division, focusing on building new systems to support the bank’s fixed income business. The role involves working remotely from Poland and collaborating with teams across North America and Europe.

• 6+ years of professional experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of fixed income trading, ideally with RFQ execution model experience.
• Ability to follow and explain complex technical conversations.
• Humility to ask questions when necessary.
• Curiosity and strong desire to learn new technologies and business domains.
• Ability to align working schedule to US Eastern business hours during onboarding.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to backend Java code.
• Experience with OpenFin, Electron, or similar desktop runtimes.
• Financial market experience.
• Computer science degree from a top Polish technical university.

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript with the OpenFin framework.
• Ensure high performance and reliability by writing well-structured code.
• Work with backend systems via REST APIs and data streaming; ability to read backend Java code is a plus.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to architectural decisions to improve system scalability and maintainability.
