Wymagania

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries

  • Familiarity with Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL databases
  • Programming skills in PHP and .Net

Obowiązki

  • Provide second-line technical support by independently resolving reported issues
  • Maintain high-quality communication and meet agreed service level agreements (SLA)
  • Participate in implementation projects and coordinate development tasks
  • Engage in analytical, configuration, and software testing activities
  • Collaborate with external companies for system maintenance, modification, and expansion
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in internal and external systems
  • Configure and maintain IT system infrastructure
