St. Specjalista / St. Specjalistka ds. aplikacji IT (aplikacje webowe, mobilne)

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of relational databases and ability to write SQL queries
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and/or Linux Red Hat environments
• Knowledge of web technologies and mobile applications
• Driving license category B
• Ability to read technical documentation in English
• Strong collaboration skills and responsibility for achieving common goals
• Proactive and flexible attitude in a changing business environment
• Focus on delivering the best customer experience (internal and external)

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of SiteCore platform
• Practical knowledge of OpenShift platform
• Understanding of web services including creation, analysis, and WSDL reading
• Knowledge of network threats and security systems and technologies
• Familiarity with Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL databases
• Programming skills in PHP and .Net

• Provide second-line technical support by independently resolving reported issues
• Maintain high-quality communication and meet agreed service level agreements (SLA)
• Participate in implementation projects and coordinate development tasks
• Engage in analytical, configuration, and software testing activities
• Collaborate with external companies for system maintenance, modification, and expansion
• Manage user accounts and permissions in internal and external systems
• Configure and maintain IT system infrastructure
