• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Very good knowledge of computer hardware.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of Android system.
• Practical ability to read and analyze service documentation.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network configuration.
• English language skills sufficient to read technical documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and computer networks.
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively convey knowledge/instructions.
• Good organization of work and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to complete tasks within specified time frames.

Nice to have:

• Experience in mass OS installations.
• Experience in Windows troubleshooting.

• Preparing computers for end users.
• Installing operating systems according to procedures.
• Supporting the IT team in ongoing tasks related to issuing equipment to end users.
