Asseco Poland S.A. is a company delivering IT projects for the banking sector.

• Minimum two years of experience in performance testing
• Practical knowledge of JMeter, Gatling, k6, and LoadRunner
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or similar
• Basic understanding of HTTP/S, TCP/IP, and WebSocket protocols
• Knowledge of SQL databases and basic query skills
• Basic knowledge of Java and Python

Nice to have:

• Practical skills in programming or test automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab

• Designing and executing load, stress, endurance, spike, and baseline tests
• Building and maintaining test scripts using JMeter, Gatling, and k6
• Analyzing test results, identifying bottlenecks, and reporting to the development team
• Creating performance testing strategies for new projects
• Collaborating with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Modeling load profiles based on production data
