Senior Fullstack Engineer C#

Appliscale is an independent Technology Consultancy specializing in bespoke, cloud-based systems and full-cycle engineering, working across industries such as gaming, proptech, legaltech, and adtech. They partner with startups, scaleups, and Fortune 500 companies worldwide, focusing on building intelligent agents that drive automation and scalable agentic ecosystems.

• 5+ years of production software development experience in C# roles
• Experience in frontend development with React or Angular
• Solid hands-on experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework
• Experience working with AWS and Terraform/CloudFormation
• Strong knowledge of DBMS like MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB
• Expertise in REST APIs
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD processes
• Proficiency in OO design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code
• Computer Science degree
• Experience with AI tooling
• Ability to work with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and/or Kanban
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivation and proactive attitude
• Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with object-oriented and/or functional languages such as Java, Elixir, C++, Golang, Erlang, Python, Kotlin

• Designing, writing, and testing backend functionalities in C# and frontend systems in React or Angular with TypeScript
• Designing software architecture between backend, frontend, and mobile apps
• Deploying and maintaining microservices in AWS using Terraform
• Maintaining production systems used by consumers from several European countries
• Debugging issues
• Scoping and assessing feature complexity
• Participating in sprint planning, daily sprints, and meetings with product owners
• Collaborating with other team members and dependent teams
• Recruiting and mentoring new team members
