• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through relationship-building and quality advocacy.
• Strong operational understanding including resource planning and delivery governance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team dynamics.

• Account farming by identifying and cultivating opportunities within existing accounts, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving account expansion.
• Leading presales efforts by contributing to proposal development, creating tailored solutions, and participating in presentations and negotiations.
• Ensuring delivery excellence by championing high standards across consulting engagements.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, fostering trust and aligning consulting efforts with client needs and objectives.
• Collaborating with Delivery/Team Leads to monitor project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality metrics are met.
• Introducing improvements in consulting methodologies and delivery processes.
• Supporting resource allocation decisions to align consulting talent with project needs.
• Leading by example, providing guidance and support to consulting teams to develop skills and achieve performance objectives.
• Working closely with Engagement Managers and Delivery/Team Leads to maintain coordination across growth and delivery activities.
• Fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture centered on consulting excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring proposed solutions meet client objectives and demonstrate scalability and long-term value.
• Supporting the structuring of consulting engagements to maximize impact and align with strategic goals.
• Acting as a key stakeholder balancing commercial and operational considerations to align consulting practices with client success.
