Senior Product Data Specialist (PIM)

Established in 2003, Academia employs over 100 professionals across the UK with a group annual turnover of £100m. The company partners with leading manufacturers and holds multiple accreditations and certifications.

• Minimum of 5 years experience with data management principles and data integrity, including syndication in InRiver or Salsify PIM systems.
• Experience in ecommerce or retail environments serving multiple countries and markets.
• Advanced skills in Excel and other data tools, including dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with various data management systems.
• Understanding of the complete lifecycle of product data from creation to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to identify data discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills with business and technical stakeholders.

• Ensure all mandatory product data across core systems is complete, accurate, and up to date, following QA processes across ecommerce platforms.
• Coordinate with data owners to correct discrepancies and ensure consistency across systems.
• Identify areas for data quality improvement and implement solutions with various teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify data requests and resolve data-related issues aligned with launch schedules.
• Create and manage detailed reports on product data status and product launch progress.
