The Equities Technology department is undergoing a multi-year transformation to build a best-in-class global platform for execution, prime, clearing, and cross-product margining, focusing on performance, resiliency, and automation. The Strategic Equity Solutions (SES) team develops greenfield services to enhance trader workflow tooling, collaborating closely with business users worldwide.
Wymagania
- Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, and/or Python.
- Extensive experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Familiarity with Python-based frontend frameworks like Dash or Streamlit is desirable.
- Deep understanding of DevOps principles including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Commitment to fully automated testing and continuous integration.
- Prior experience with front office applications and knowledge of trading workflows and financial instruments is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Design and develop high-performance software solutions impacting trader capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Champion best engineering practices and mentor junior colleagues.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including AI tooling.
- Own the entire software development lifecycle from design to deployment and monitoring.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
