Data Analyst (Customer Growth and Insights)

Synerise is a technology company delivering an all-in-one AI-enhanced data platform used in over 30 markets across industries such as Retail, Banking, eCommerce, Automotive, Insurance, and Telco. They are also developing the Base Model platform, a foundation model for behavioral data aimed at enterprise Data Science teams.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience with Synerise platform or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills to dissect complex data and extract actionable insights.
• Knowledge of web analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI for data synthesis and combination.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical teams.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Time management and task prioritization skills.
• Higher technical education in computer science, cognitive science, statistics, or mathematics.
• Motivation for self-development and acquiring new knowledge.
• Fluency in Polish (C2) and English (C1).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with external clients.
• Basic programming skills in Python or R.
• Experience in data cleaning and pre-processing.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Work with Synerise's AI-enhanced data platform.
• Turn complex data into clear insights via analyses, reports, and dashboards.
• Translate data findings into practical conclusions and recommendations.
• Ensure high quality, accuracy, and consistency in analyses.
• Suggest improvements and new analytical capabilities for platform development.
• Prepare insights and participate in meetings with key customers.
• Cooperate with internal teams including Customer Success & Implementation, Product Development, Marketing, and Business Development.
