UX Product Design Lead

Symfonia is a technology and software creator for business process management, serving micro, small, medium enterprises, and large corporations with over 600 employees. The company is undergoing a technological transformation, migrating to the cloud, acquiring new companies, and building modern enterprise architecture for over 40 products. It operates internationally with offices in Poland and Romania, serving clients in the USA and Luxembourg.

• Senior UX experience with at least 2 years in team management.
• Experience designing B2B applications and cloud solutions.
• Experience creating Design Systems using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of UX research, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
• Ability to present results and collaborate with management.
• English proficiency for fluent communication.

• Create and implement UX strategy for Symfonia's product portfolio.
• Manage a 6-person UX design team covering Research, Design, and Design System.
• Develop the Design System and UX standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency of user experiences.
• Experiment with AI in UX.
• Educate teams and business units on UX best practices.
