Wymagania
- Ability to synthesize chaotic inputs into a well-thought-out solution
- System thinking in terms of data entities, relationships, and states, translating business requirements accordingly
- Writing precise user stories following INVEST principles with acceptance criteria (e.g., Given/When/Then)
- Assertiveness in business communication, including questioning and resolving conflicting requirements
- Experience working in agile methodologies
Nice to have:
- BPMN, UML, event storming
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

- Collect requirements from various departments and reconcile conflicting needs into a unified solution
- Organize business processes by building a shared glossary and mapping processes
- Write concise user stories with clear acceptance criteria and UI flow mockups
- Actively participate in refinement and planning sessions as a discussion partner
- Ensure consistency of solutions with the data model
