Java Developer

Scalo is involved in an e-commerce project focused on developing modern solutions based on microservice architecture. The role includes working with backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Spring, and databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Minimum 5 years of experience programming in Java
• Knowledge of Kotlin or willingness to work with it
• Practical experience building and maintaining production applications
• Experience with relational databases (SQL – Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Experience creating and maintaining automated tests
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and basic DevOps (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes)
• Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
• Willingness to take end-to-end ownership of software development
• Effective communication skills with teams and business users
• High self-reliance and work organization skills
• Very good command of English (minimum B2)

• Participate in the e-commerce project focused on modern microservice architecture
