Analityk Systemowy/ Systemowo-Biznesowy (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They develop new functionalities or build systems from scratch for clients and support clients in recruiting specialists through bodyleasing. The company emphasizes long-term projects, remote work, and maintaining good relationships through periodic meetings and charitable activities.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business-System or System Analyst
• Experience in financial markets projects, ideally with derivatives
• Experience working with SQL
• Knowledge of legal regulations, transaction lifecycle, and deposit processes

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, Enterprise Architect

• Develop one of the bank's modules related to financial markets
• Work within a small team
• Participate in a project lasting 18-24 months
• Work remotely with readiness to visit the office once a month in Warsaw, Poznań, or Wrocław
