Business Analyst (Calypso) (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems primarily for clients in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The company has extensive experience in delivering large, complex projects with millions of daily users and operates mostly in long-term remote projects.

• Very good knowledge of financial instruments: Government Bonds (key), repo/BSB, and money market instruments.
• Knowledge of booking processes and lifecycle of bond transactions (including coupons, maturity, amortization).
• Very good knowledge of Calypso/Bloomberg systems (FI area, pricing, market data, and integrations).
• Experience in analyzing and documenting business and system requirements.
• Experience in process modeling in Front, Middle, and Back Office areas.
• Ability to analyze and design system integrations (e.g., Accounting/GL, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Market Data).
• Experience collaborating with business teams, IT, and external suppliers.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving production incidents.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of business analysis, Calypso, Bloomberg, financial instruments, booking processes, bond transaction lifecycle, process modeling, requirements analysis, system integration design, and production incident analysis.
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced).

• Creating systems and functionalities from scratch for clients in financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors.
• Supporting clients in recruiting specialists.
• Collaborating in long-term remote projects.
• Working in small teams with varied seniority.
• Participating in integration and thematic meetings.
