Cloud Solution Architect (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly for financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They develop new functionalities or build systems from scratch for clients and support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. They have experience in large, complex projects with millions of users and emphasize long-term, mostly remote projects with periodic integration meetings.

• Experience designing and securing cloud solutions on Azure and GCP.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM services, especially Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience in AI Security including Guardrails, AI Gateway, and AI Governance.
• Understanding of training, testing, and data protection in AI systems.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Jira, and SAST.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GKE, or AKS.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IAM, and cloud environment security.
• Familiarity with security regulations and standards including DORA, AI Act, RODO, NIST, CIS, and MITRE.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Polish and advanced English.

• Design and develop secure AI solutions covering system architecture, Guardrails, AI Gateway, data anonymization, classification, and AI model testing and optimization.
• Work within a Scrum team.
• Operate in a hybrid work mode with one day in the Warsaw office every two weeks.
