Data Analyst (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly for clients in finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They develop new systems or add new functionalities and support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. They have experience in large, complex projects with millions of users and emphasize long-term, mostly remote projects with occasional integration meetings.

• Practical knowledge of Collateral Management
• Experience building, validating, and maintaining quantitative models, especially predictive and risk models (e.g., VaR)
• Good knowledge of time series analysis and market data
• Very good knowledge of statistics and probability theory
• Very good knowledge of Python and data analysis/modeling libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Experience in model calibration, backtesting, and evaluating model quality and effectiveness
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets

Nice to have:

• Experience in finance, especially risk management, trading, portfolio management, or treasury
• Knowledge of machine learning methods and experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
• Experience working with Bloomberg/Calypso
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Implementing a new system for Collateral Management
• Working in a hybrid mode with one day per month in the office (Warsaw, Wrocław, or Poznań)
• Collaborating within larger project teams
• Participating in a long-term project until 31.12.2026 with possibility of extension
