Java Fullstack Developer (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly for clients in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists and matching candidates with suitable offers through body leasing. The company has extensive experience in large, complex projects with millions of daily users and emphasizes long-term, mostly remote projects with periodic integration and thematic meetings.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in creating frontend applications using React
• Experience in building web applications with conversational elements
• Experience in designing and developing API services in Java
• Knowledge of SQL and basic BigQuery
• Ability to design interfaces for data presentation
• Experience with CI/CD processes and maintaining applications in production environments

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience in projects for the banking sector

• Create systems from scratch or add new functionalities for clients in financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors
• Support clients in recruiting specialists and matching candidates with offers
• Participate in the development of a modern "chat with data" platform enabling data conversation and result presentation
• Develop Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions
• Create data feeding processes and build applications supporting data analysis using cloud technologies and DevSecOps
• Work in a hybrid mode (1 day per week in the office in Warsaw or Poznan)
