Junior Business Analyst (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They develop new functionalities or build systems from scratch for their clients and support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The company has extensive experience in large, complex projects with millions of daily users and offers mostly long-term and remote projects with periodic integration and thematic meetings.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing
• Experience preparing test scenarios for integration and system tests based on business and functional requirements
• Experience testing frontend and backend applications, including REST APIs using Postman and Swagger
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Kibana
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Experience in analytical roles
