They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The company has extensive experience in large, complex projects with millions of users daily and emphasizes long-term, mostly remote projects with periodic integration meetings.

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in business analysis within banking/finance solutions
• Ability to work on complex projects
• Skills in visualizing projects through planned mockups
• Experience in process optimization
• Knowledge of BPMN and credit processes

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Jira
• Basic knowledge of Confluence
• Proficiency in Polish language

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes in the credit domain
• Visualize projects as planned mockups
• Collaborate within a small team
• Work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the Warsaw office
