Senior Java Developer / Tech Leader (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They develop new systems or add new functionalities and support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The company has experience in large, complex projects with millions of daily users and offers mostly long-term, remote projects.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development and designing systems with microservice architecture.
• Practical experience with event-driven architecture and synchronous (REST) and asynchronous (events, messaging) communication.
• Ability to configure and adapt CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience as a technical leader or project leader.
• Knowledge of Java, RabbitMQ, Async API, REST, Event-Driven Architecture, CI/CD, Angular, MongoDB, Oracle DB, Git, Maven, Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Polish language.

• Develop a system supporting the purchase of banking products.
• Collaborate within a small team of developers, business and system analysts, product owners, and testers.
• Participate in a long-term project (12+ months) with remote work and occasional office visits in Warsaw.
• Configure and adapt CI/CD pipelines to team needs.
• Lead technical aspects of the project as a tech leader.
