Senior Project Manager (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The company has extensive experience in delivering large, complex projects used daily by millions of users, mostly conducted long-term and remotely.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in banking or financial projects.
• Experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects in banking.
• Very good command of English (B2+ level).
• Knowledge of project management, IT infrastructure, banking, PM, Agile, and Jira.
• Proficiency in Polish and English languages.

• Plan and supervise project work in international teams in the IT infrastructure area, considering organizational strategy as oversight.
• Manage long-term projects.
• Work remotely with occasional visits to the office in Wrocław.
• Collaborate in an outsourcing model with Neontri.
