• Proven experience owning or managing enterprise IT platforms
• Strong understanding of SDLC, ITSM, ITOM and platform governance models
• Experience working in multi-regional or federated environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex demand pipelines
• Solid knowledge of Agile, DevOps and ITIL practices
• Experience with budget management and vendor governance
• Strategic thinking and platform mindset
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Governance and decision-making rigor
• Financial and commercial acumen
• Continuous improvement orientation
• Excellent communication in English and cross-cultural collaboration
• 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Define and maintain the platform vision, roadmap and operating model
• Define and enforce platform standards, guardrails and best practices across NMSCs, EMCs and TME
• Establish and monitor KPIs including QCD metrics to measure platform performance and value delivery
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and compliance requirements
• Chair or contribute to platform governance forums and design authorities
• Act as primary point of contact for regional stakeholders and business owners
