React Developer (K/M)

• Experience in interdisciplinary product teams
• Commitment to understanding client needs and translating them into frontend solutions
• Several years of experience as a Frontend Developer with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Very good knowledge of React including hooks, state management, and component architecture
• Practical experience building SPAs and integrating with APIs (REST/GraphQL)
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns
• Experience with Git
• Experience with agile methodologies

Nice to have:

• Experience with large-scale projects
• Knowledge of frontend architecture including modularization and microfrontends
• Experience with design systems and Storybook
• Knowledge of performance and application optimization
• Experience with mobile applications using React Native

• Design and develop modern frontend applications based on React
• Actively participate in creating the frontend team, including standards and best practices
• Contribute to the organization's transformation towards product teams and share product responsibility
• Engage proactively in the entire software development lifecycle from understanding business problems to deployment and further development
• Collaborate closely with the product team including backend developers, analysts, and product owners
• Cooperate with platform teams regarding architecture, standards, and software development practices
