• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of relational database principles and ability to write SQL queries
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and/or Red Hat Linux environments
• Basic knowledge of web technologies and mobile applications
• Driving license category B
• Proficiency in English for reading technical documentation
• Strong collaboration skills and responsibility for achieving common goals
• Proactive, flexible attitude in a changing business environment
• Focus on delivering the best experience for internal and external clients

• Provide second-line technical support by independently resolving reported issues

• Manage user accounts and permissions in internal and external company systems
