• Experience building and deploying AI agent-based solutions in production environments
• Ability to work across different technology ecosystems (Google, Microsoft, UiPath) and select appropriate tools
• Flexibility and adaptability in using various tools and approaches
• Experience designing hyperautomation processes integrating AI and RPA
• Strong knowledge of Python and API usage for creating integrations and custom tools for agents
• Practical knowledge of language models (LLM/SLM) and their effective application
• Analytical and process skills to translate business needs into technological solutions
• Independence and responsibility for the entire solution lifecycle

Nice to have:

• Higher education in computer science, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, economics, or related fields

• Knowledge of databases (SQL, vector databases) and data preparation for AI systems

• Experience in monitoring and maintaining AI systems in production (LLMOps)

• Ability to optimize costs and performance in multi-model environments

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of LLM, SLM, Python

• Design and develop AI agent-based solutions using Google (Vertex AI, AI Studio), Microsoft (Copilot Studio), and UiPath platforms
• Build and orchestrate hyperautomation processes combining AI agents with RPA robots into autonomous workflows
• Create integrations between systems and AI services using Python and APIs
• Analyze business needs and translate them into effective AI-based technological solutions
• Select appropriate language models (LLM/SLM) considering quality and cost
• Monitor deployed solutions, identify errors, and ensure stability
• Optimize performance, costs, and ensure data compliance and security
• Develop and scale existing solutions by adding new functionalities and adapting to changing needs
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to create a cohesive automation ecosystem
• Create and maintain technical documentation regarding architecture and solution operation
