Engineering Manager (Machine Learning Engineering)

The team takes strategic ownership of architecture, design, testing, deployment, infrastructure, operation, and security of systems to ensure agile, smooth, and safe operations with maximum business impact.

• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience managing software engineering teams.

• Very strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience with multiple software development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Expertise in ML engineering including feature engineering, versioning and packaging, model training and distribution.
• Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks.
• Knowledge of architecture for integrating Data Science products into client applications.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, microservice architectures, and event sourcing.
• Experience with containerisation ecosystems, resource, workflow and orchestration systems.
• Experience in automation, configuration management, multi-cloud and hybridisation, IAAS and PAAS.
