Product Manager

Tesco Technology is a technology team of over 4,000 experts across 5 countries (UK, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and India) focused on solving problems at a global scale. The teams take strategic ownership of architecture, design, testing, deployment, infrastructure, operation, and security of systems to ensure agile, smooth, and safe operations with maximum business impact.

• Experienced in Product Management working in agile/scrum for 3+ years
• Strong technical skills working with APIs, Cloud Services, Identity frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills
• Great prioritisation and time management skills
• Methodical/analytical approach and problem-solving skills
• Great presentation and persuasion skills
• Team player with collaborative attitude
• Strong decision making and prioritization skills
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and writing user stories

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with authentication standards (e.g. OAuth2, OIDC)
• Experience working with OKRs

• Work with a team of developers to deliver value iteratively in an agile environment
• Lead the development plans: shape overall strategy, define and prioritise business requirements
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and development team to deliver the roadmap using agile methodologies
• Prioritise requirements, answer development questions, and resolve issues, always putting the customer first
