Wymagania
- Experience in product lifecycle management, product delivery processes, and Agile approaches to discovering, designing, defining, developing, and delivering small increments of key capabilities that drive product growth and value.
- Experience in creating product vision and strategy and using them to align teams for collaboration and prioritization around common outcomes.
- Experience and understanding of the value that User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design (UI) disciplines bring to products.
- Proven success in identifying different customers using the product, factors influencing customer behavior and success, and using customer research session results to influence the product roadmap.
- Experience with experiments and A/B testing and understanding their importance in validating ideas and hypotheses.
- Experience using appropriate tools to create and update product roadmaps.
- Nice to have: Previous experience in pricing and/or with APIs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of User Experience, UI design, A/B testing, Product Vision & Strategy, Agile, and Product management.
- Languages: Polish and English.
Obowiązki
- Evolve the product roadmap, including writing user stories, managing backlog, and setting priorities.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders aligned with broader business and product strategies, particularly in pricing and stores.
- Understand key user personas, customers, and product stakeholders and their problems.
- Work with research, design, analytics, and engineering teams to design and develop solutions meeting real business needs.
- Work within a broader product team culture with shared goals, assisting as needed.
- Present all product features to various audiences inside and outside the direct product team.
- Document and explain new requirements to the engineering team using user stories, personas, and acceptance tests; help break down complex work/epics into smaller deliverable value pieces.
- Take responsibility for product performance and adoption, striving to increase it.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
